• Background and Journey

  Born and raised in Oizumi, Hokuto City, Yamanashi, I graduated from a local high school and went on to study business administration at university.
  After graduating, I worked in roles that involved direct communication with many customers, including sales roles serving individual customers and service-related work. In my previous position as assistant manager of a golf course, I was involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including customer service, operations management, and staff management.
  Although I started my career in real estate without prior industry experience, I now work in sales while continuing to learn every day. I aim to make use of the customer-focused perspective and attentive communication skills I have developed throughout my previous work.

• What I Value

  As someone from this area, I believe that helping clients find a property should not end at the purchase itself. I want clients to enjoy life in Hokuto City and feel comfortable here for many years to come.
  For that reason, I make it a point to communicate honestly, not only about the positive aspects of a property, but also about its disadvantages and points that require attention.
  Buying real estate is one of the major decisions in life. That is why I take the time to address each concern and question, and guide clients toward a realistic approach that suits their individual situation.
