Background and Vision

Born and raised in Hokuto City, I spent my childhood playing for a local baseball team, dreaming of participating in the Koshien (national high school baseball championship) and pouring my passion into baseball. Upon entering university, I moved to Tokyo, where I worked in renovation sales and real estate brokerage, before expanding my activities overseas at 31 for further challenges. In countries like the Philippines, the United States, Malaysia, and New Zealand, I deeply studied the real estate market while learning languages. From these experiences, I envisioned providing hybrid homes that integrate domestic and international housing styles. At 35, I returned to Japan and founded INAKA Life Co., Ltd., promoting the concept of "countryside life." Set in the rich nature and community of Hokuto City, I aim to propose new charms of living in the countryside and convey its beauty to many people.

Holding qualifications as a licensed real estate transaction manager and a housing loan advisor, I am especially knowledgeable about "housing loans." Background

Born and raised in the nature-rich environment of Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, I spent my high school years immersed in music. I acquired expertise in education (as a childcare worker and kindergarten teacher) and information technology at a junior college and vocational school.
- After graduating, I gained about three years of experience at a local financial institution before moving to Tokyo at the age of 25 and entering the real estate industry. I accumulated about ten years of career experience at a comprehensive real estate company, where I also gained experience as a store manager, cultivating deep knowledge in management and real estate.

Returning to Hometown

Considering the environment for raising children, I chose to return to Hokuto City. I rediscovered the value of life and the charm of raising children in the countryside, and based on these experiences, I co-founded INAKA Life Co., Ltd. I utilize my expertise not only in real estate sales but also in rental management, offering warm, experience-based support especially to families considering relocation for child-rearing.
